Clarence Choffel has a diverse work experience in the restaurant industry. Clarence started their career in 2000 as a General Manager at Tia's Tex-Mex, where they worked in various locations until 2006. Clarence then joined Uncle Julio's Corporation as a General Manager in Virginia until 2011. From 2011 to 2016, Clarence worked as the Corporate Regional Director of Operations Manager at Francesca's Restaurant Group. Currently, they are employed at Hard Rock International, where they started as a Regional General Manager in 2016 and is now serving as the Director of Operations.

Clarence Choffel attended the University of Central Arkansas from 1996 to 2001, where they studied Psychology.
