Matt Tagliavia

Matt Tagliavia has extensive experience in retail operations, having held various managerial positions throughout their career. Matt most recently served as the Director of Retail Operations at Hard Rock International starting in 2022. Prior to that, they worked as the Director of Retail Operations at The Mirage from 2020 onwards. From 2018 to 2022, Matt worked as the Director of Retail Operations at Excalibur Hotel & Casino. Before that, they held positions at Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino, where they worked as the Manager of Retail Stores & Operations from 2014 to 2018, and as the Assistant Manager of Retail Stores & Operations from 2010 to 2014. Earlier in their career, Matt worked at Sports Authority as a Store Manager from 2007 to 2010 and as a Co Manager from 2005 to 2007.

From 1996 to 1999, Matt Tagliavia attended the University of Nevada-Las Vegas and studied Kinesiology. Matt did not obtain a degree during this period.
