Justin Donsbach

Justin Donsbach, CAMS, currently serves as the Director of Compliance at Hard Rock Casino Northern Indiana, where responsibilities include overseeing daily compliance operations and collaborating with leadership to ensure adherence to state and federal regulations. Prior to this role, Donsbach worked as an Internal Auditor for Penn National Gaming, conducting semi-annual audits across various departments to meet the Illinois Gaming Board's requirements. Donsbach also gained extensive experience at Ameristar Casino Hotel East Chicago, holding roles including Compliance Specialist, Surveillance Shift Manager, and Surveillance Observer, focusing on asset protection and compliance with gaming laws. Donsbach holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Law and Society from Purdue University.
