Joel Bagane

Joel Bagane has a diverse work experience starting from 1999 as a 13F in the US Army, where they obtained a Secret Clearance and successfully managed various assignments globally. From 2006, they joined Wells Fargo and held multiple roles including Teller, Lead Teller, Service Manager I and II, and Personal Banker. Their responsibilities involved processing financial transactions, providing customer service, achieving sales goals, and managing staff. In 2021, they joined Hard Rock Digital as a Payment and Fraud Analyst, where they validate customer documentation, investigates fraud alerts, and suggests strategies to combat fraud while optimizing customer experience.

Joel Bagane completed an Associate of Science (A.S.) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Miami Dade College from 2003 to 2006. Joel then pursued further education at Florida International University, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management from 2009 to 2013.
