Joel Betzer

Joel Betzer has a range of work experience in various companies. Joel started their career in 2013 at Enterprise Holdings, where they worked as a Service Agent and later as a Senior Customer Service Representative until 2017. Following that, they joined VGM Forbin in 2017 as an Account Executive. In 2019, they moved to SciPlay Corporation, where they initially worked as a VIP Account Manager and later as a Senior VIP Account Manager until 2023. Currently, they are employed at Hard Rock Digital as a VIP Account Manager.

Joel Betzer has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Relations and Communication from the University of Northern Iowa. In addition, they have obtained several certifications, including a Digital Sales Certification from Google in March 2018, a Communications Training Certification from Dardis Communications in February 2018, and a Sales Training Certification from Dardis Communications in February 2018.
