Nicholas Villamil

Nicholas Villamil is an accomplished culinary professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across prestigious hospitality establishments. Currently serving as Executive Chef at Hard Rock Hotel San Diego since September 2015, Nicholas also holds the position of Executive Chef at Evolution Hospitality since 2005. Prior to these roles, Nicholas was the Executive Chef at Hilton San Diego Mission Valley from May 2005 to September 2015 and assumed the role of Executive Sous Chef at Hilton Long Beach between 2003 and 2005. Nicholas began a notable career as a Sous Chef at Hilton Los Angeles North Glendale from 1996 to 2003, progressing to the roles of Executive Sous Chef and Sous Chef.
