Bernie Hamilton

Bernie Hamilton is currently the Director of Corporate Affairs at Harland & Wolff, having previously held roles such as Senior Industrial Relations Manager at Royal Mail and Head of Industrial Relations at easyJet. Prior to these positions, Bernie served as the Head of Stakeholder Engagement & Employee Relations at Babcock International Group and as a National Officer at Unite the Union in the aerospace and shipbuilding industries. With a background in electrical fitting and apprenticeship, Bernie has a strong foundation in the technical aspects of the industry, backed by education from institutions such as Strathclyde Business School and Lauder Technical College.
