Jeremy Ballance

Jeremy Ballance is an experienced professional with a robust background in software engineering and project management. Currently serving as the Director of Sales at HARMAN International since September 2015, Jeremy has held several roles including Senior Manager and Functional Owner, providing structure and guidance to project managers while facilitating effective communication between customer program management and software engineering teams. Prior to HARMAN, Jeremy worked as a Senior Embedded Software Engineer at Wistron Mobile Solutions, and as an Embedded Software Developer at Research In Motion/BlackBerry, contributing to the development of mobile technologies and product launches. Additionally, experience includes roles at Delphi and Intel, encompassing software validation, technical marketing, and field testing, complemented by a Master’s Degree in Engineering Management from Northwestern University and a Bachelor’s in Computer Engineering from Kettering University.
