Eric McKeon

Eric McKeon has extensive work experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Eric is currently serving as the Vice President of Clinical Programs and Pharmacy at HarmonyCares. Prior to this, they held the position of Vice President of Pharmacy at the same company.

Before joining HarmonyCares, Eric worked at the University of Utah Hospitals and Clinics as a PRN Clinical Pharmacist from 2017 to 2023.

Eric also worked at Optum, where they held various roles including Vice President of Network Quality and Pharmacy Services, Director of Clinical Pharmacy and Quality, Clinical Pharmacy Manager, and Clinical Pharmacist from 2014 to 2022.

Earlier in their career, Eric worked as a Clinical Pharmacist at the Medical Review Institute of America, Inc. from 2014 to 2015. Eric also served as a Pharmacy Manager at Walgreens from 2011 to 2015.

Eric started their career as a Pharmacy Intern at Ellis Hospital in 2007, and later worked as a Pharmacy Intern at RITE AID from 2006 to 2011.

Eric McKeon holds a Doctor of Pharmacy degree from Albany College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences. Furthermore, they earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree along with a Master of Science (MS) degree from Western Governors University. Eric is also a Board Certified Geriatric Pharmacist, having obtained certification from the Board of Pharmacy Specialties in 2016.
