Hari Padmanaban

Hari Padmanaban has a strong background in quality engineering and test management. Hari most recently served as the Head of Quality Engineering at Harness, where they achieved near-zero regression defects on key products and successfully scaled the team. Prior to that, Hari worked at Visa as the Director of Test Engineering, where they implemented robust test and release processes and fostered a culture of innovation. Hari also served as the Head of Quality Engineering at Practo, where they implemented Agile practices and mentored teams for peak performance. Earlier in their career, they held roles at IMS/Product start-up, Ness Technologies, Sword Global - London, and EMC2/Verisign, where they gained experience in QA, automation, and test leadership.

Hari Padmanaban completed their secondary education at VVHS from 1991 to 1994. Hari then pursued a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Mechanical Engineering from 1996 to 2000 at Ramaiah Institute Of Technology and Visvesvaraya Technological University.

In terms of additional certifications, Hari obtained the ISTQB certification from the ISTQB - International Software Testing Qualifications Board in April 2014. Hari also earned the Global Project Manager certification from Ness University in December 2012. Furthermore, Hari obtained the ORACLE 10G, SQL, PL/SQL certification from Orator Neuroscience Research Organization Pvt Ltd in June 2006.
