Ryan Leis has over 18 years of work experience in various roles in the IT industry. Ryan started their career at Telstra in 2004 as a Desktop Services Lead Technical Analyst for Qantas Airways. Ryan then moved on to become an Executive IT Support/IT Technical Specialist at Qantas Airways before taking on the role of Executive IT Team Leader there. In 2010, they joined ASG Group as the Service Delivery Team Lead for Desktop Services and later became the National Service Delivery Lead for End User Computing Support. In 2013, they joined Qantas as a Technical Project Manager, managing the delivery of IT projects and solutions. Ryan then worked at Study Group as the IT Operations Manager for Asia Pacific before returning to Qantas as a Technical Project Manager. In 2015, they joined Kloud Solutions - Telstra as a Senior Service Delivery Manager for Cloud Technologies. From 2016 to 2019, they worked at ServiceNow as a Senior Engagement Manager and then as a Senior Solution Consultant. Ryan then joined HashiCorp in 2019 as a Senior Technical Account Manager and later became a Senior Customer Success Manager. In 2022, they joined Harness as a Regional Manager for Customer Success in the APAC region. Ryan Leis graduated from the University of Wollongong in 2008 with a Bachelor of Information Technology degree, specializing in Information Technology. Prior to that, they attended Aquinas College and completed their Higher School Certificate. In 2020, they enrolled at Harvard University and is expected to complete their degree in Computer Science - CS50 in 2022, focusing on Computer/Information Technology Administration and Management. Ryan has also obtained several certifications, including Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) from Scrum Alliance and ServiceNow Certified System Administrator from ServiceNow in December 2016. Additionally, they have achieved AWS Business Professional - APN Partner Accreditation and AWS Technical Professional - APN Partner Accreditation from Amazon Web Services in September 2016. In terms of fitness, Ryan obtained a Certificate IV in Fitness (Personal Trainer) from FIAFitnation in 2011 and a Certificate III in Fitness (Group Instructor) in 2010.
