Shantelle Lim Xin Rou

Shantelle Lim Xin Rou began their work experience in 2015 as a Receptionist at Kent Ridge Education Hub Pte Ltd. In 2016, they worked as an Event Facilitator at Cookyn Inc and as a Performer at Milton Exhibits. Shantelle joined NCS Group in 2017 as a Junior Software Engineer and later took on the role of Full Stack Developer, staying with the company until 2021. During their time at NCS Group, they also worked as a Photographer/Web Developer at Instantly.sg. In 2018, they transitioned to the role of UX Analyst at NCS Group and also worked as a Software Engineer. In 2021, they moved to Housing & Development Board as a UX Designer. Most recently, in 2022, they joined Harness as a Senior UX Designer.

Shantelle Lim Xin Rou completed their Bachelor of Computer Science degree with a focus on Big Data at the University of Wollongong from 2019 to 2021. Before that, they obtained a Diploma in Business Informatics specializing in Information Technology from Nanyang Polytechnic, where they studied from 2015 to 2018. In addition to their formal education, Shantelle also holds certifications in various domains. Shantelle obtained a Specialist Diploma in Information Systems Development from Nanyang Polytechnic in March 2020 and a Software Delivery Foundations Associate certification from Harness in August 2022.
