Zain Wadee

Zain brings more than twenty years’ leadership experience in the recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) and managed service programs (MSP) market, where he has led significant accounts for major brands across Europe, the Middle East and Africa.

Zain joined Harrier Talent Solutions in August 2019 as Executive General Manager, leading strategy and operations for a broad portfolio of recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) solutions and talent consulting engagements across Australia.

Prior to joining Harrier, Zain spent more than 20 years’ working in the global talent solutions market, including 10 years with the Adecco Group, where he led the Hyphen RPO brand to achieve growth of over GBP700m before successfully rebranding and relaunching in the EMEA market as Pontoon Solutions. Highly customer-centric, Zain offers significant experience in industries including retail, banking, insurance, IT services, pharmaceuticals, telecoms and utilities.

Appointed as acting CEO in May 2020, Zain works closely with our leadership team, and with Michelle Rubinstein, the Managing Director of our Oceans Group business, to lead our talent solutions business as well as being responsible for executing our broader Group strategy.

Zain has a Masters in Politics from the University of Glasgow and a Masters in Marketing from the University of Strathclyde. He lives in Melbourne with his wife and daughters.
