Cade Johnson

Cade Johnson is an accomplished culinary professional with extensive experience in the hospitality industry. Currently serving as the Executive Chef at Harrington Raceway and Casino since April 2019, Cade previously held the position of Executive Sous Chef at Dover Downs Hotel & Casino from January 2005 to April 2019. Earlier experience includes serving as a Private Executive Chef for AC Coin & Slot from January 2000 to January 2005, and as Chef De Cuisine at Trump Taj Mahal AC from January 1991 to December 1999. Cade co-owned Munchies Restaurant from March 1988 to February 1992 and began a culinary career as a Culinary Apprentice to Master Chef Gustav E. Mauler at Golden Nugget Atlantic City between April 1984 and November 1986.
