Jodie Hearne

Jodie Hearne has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Jodie has worked as a Head of People & Culture at Harris Farm Markets since 2023. Prior to this, from 2018 to 2023, they were the Head of People ANZ at JD Sports Australia & New Zealand, where they led a team and supported over 4000 employees across 50+ retail stores. From 2016 to 2018, Jodie worked as an HR Business Partner at Universal Music Australia, partnering with the global function and executing LOD programs. Before that, they held roles as a Senior HR Business Partner at Laureate Australia and Think Education, providing HR support to academic and corporate client groups.
