Andy Leed has over 7 years of experience in M&A advisory, CFO advisory, and consulting, mainly focused on technology investment banking. Andy is currently a Managing Director at Harris Williams, where they have been working since 2012. Prior to that, they were an MBA Associate at Geneva Glen Capital from 2011 to 2012. Andy started their career at RSM International in 2004, where they worked as a Manager in Transaction Advisory Services for 7 years, completing over 80 M&A due diligence engagements for private equity and strategic buyers/sellers.
