Charles Loeser

Charles Loeser is an associate in the North Carolina office of HWG LLP. Charles, a North Carolina native, focuses his practice on commercial litigation, government investigations, and legal ethics.

He joined HWG after working as a litigation associate at Cravath, Swaine & Moore in New York and clerking for the Honorable Gregory H. Woods of the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York.

Charles received his J.D. with high honors from the University of North Carolina School of Law, where he was an editor of the North Carolina Law Review, received the Gressman-Pollitt Award, and was elected to the Order of the Coif. He received his B.A. summa cum laude from Elon University, where he was elected to Phi Beta Kappa.
