Hannah Summers is an experienced culinary professional with a specialization in pastry. Currently serving as a Sous Chef at Harrison Catering Services since June 2007, Hannah is responsible for creating a variety of desserts for a private school’s lunch service, including cakes, biscuits, pastries, and canapés for special events. Previous experience includes a role as a Chef at Sodexo from September 2005 to May 2007 and a month-long work experience as a Pastry Chef at the Carlton Tower Hotel in March 2005. Hannah holds an NVQ Level 3 in Patisserie from the University of West London (2010-2011) and NVQ Levels 1 & 2 in Hospitality and Catering from Richmond upon Thames College (2003-2005).
