Michael Heaps

Michael Heaps is an experienced culinary professional currently serving as Corporate Executive Chef at Harry's Hospitality Group since November 2017. Prior to this role, Michael held positions as Executive Chef at Meydenbauer Center and The University Club of Seattle, as well as at Del Frisco's Restaurant Group. Initial culinary experience includes a Chef Tournant position at Blue Shore Grill and various roles at The Broadmoor, where Michael worked in multiple dining venues. Michael is a graduate of the Pennsylvania Culinary Institute, holding an Associate degree in Culinary Arts.
