Jasmine Ricke

Jasmine Ricke has a strong background in sensory research and product development. Jasmine most recently worked as a Product Researcher at Harry's, Inc. since 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Sensory Panel Leader/Project Manager at MMR Research from 2021 to 2022. Jasmine also has experience in academic settings, serving as a Teaching Assistant and Graduate Research Assistant at Washington State University from 2019 to 2021. Jasmine conducted research on solid shelf-stable snacking cheeses and developed sensory testing methods. In addition, Jasmine has worked as a Sensory Technician at both Washington State University and the University of Florida, conducting discrimination and affective sensory tests for various food products. Jasmine also has experience as a Research Assistant at the University of Florida, where they studied consumer acceptance and flavor volatiles in tomato juices. Earlier in their career, Jasmine worked as a Sensory Technician at Mérieux NutriSciences - North America and as a Sensory Research Assistant at the University of Florida, where they conducted taste panels and utilized sensory science methods for data collection.

Jasmine Ricke pursued their education with a Bachelor's Degree in Food Science from the University of Florida, from 2015 to 2019. Jasmine furthered their academic journey by completing a Master's degree in Food Science at Washington State University, from 2019 to 2021.
