Mary Holtzhauser

Mary Holtzhauser, SHRM-CP has a diverse work experience in human resources and people management. Mary is currently the Head of People, Growth & Emerging Brands at Harry's, Inc., where they oversee the people operations for acquired and incubated brands. Prior to this role, Mary served as a Senior People Business Partner at Harry's, Inc. Mary has also held various positions at DonorsChoose, including Senior Director of People, Director of People, Sr. Manager of People Operations, Knowledge & Strategy Manager, and Senior Associate. Mary is experienced in talent management, benefits administration, employee development, and creating equitable and inclusive practices.

Mary Holtzhauser, SHRM-CP, holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Psychology and English from the University of Dayton, which they obtained in 2015. Additionally, they have obtained the SHRM-CP certification from SHRM in January 2021.
