Sara Elena Aguirre

Sara Elena Aguirre has a strong background in sensory research and product development. Sara Elena began their career at PepsiCo in 2009, where they held various roles in sensory science. As an Associate Principal Scientist and Lab Manager, they provided sensory support for multiple R&D platforms and implemented new sensory approaches.
