Ron X. Johnson

Ron X. Johnson currently serves as the Vice President of Human Resources for Hartford HealthCare, overseeing all HR initiatives within the Hartford Region, which includes Hartford Hospital and The Bone & Joint Institute. Prior experience includes roles at Yale New Haven Health, where responsibilities encompassed supporting human resources for a large hospital system and handling employee relations issues. Ron has also worked at Jackson Lewis P.C. as an Associate in Labor and Employment law and managed outreach and marketing programs for Springfield School Volunteers. Educational credentials include a Juris Doctor from the University of Connecticut School of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Sport Management, Business Management, and Spanish from Springfield College.
