Hayley Pearson has extensive experience in the education field, specifically in the area of inclusion and academic improvement. Hayley began their career as a SENCo at Saint Simon's Catholic Primary School in 2008, before moving on to Oakgrove EBD Primary as a Learning Support Teacher in 2013. In 2014, they joined GEMS Education as the Head of Inclusion and later took on additional responsibilities as the Head of Primary Teaching and Learning at Gems Wellington Academy - Al Khail. Hayley then became the Head of Quality Assurance and Academic Improvement at Safa British School in 2017. Hayley's most recent positions include Deputy Head/Director of Inclusion at Riverston School Dubai from 2018 to 2020, and currently, they serve as the Head of Inclusion at Hartland International School.

Hayley Pearson's education history begins in 2004 when they attended The Manchester Metropolitan University and studied Primary Education with a focus on Special Educational Needs (SEN).
