Shawn Ricordati is an experienced quality management professional with a strong background in engineering. Currently serving as a Quality Manager at Hartwell Corporation since February 2019, Shawn previously held the position of Senior Quality Engineer in the same organization. Prior experience includes working as a Manufacturing Quality Engineer at Sorenson Engineering Inc. from July 2018 to February 2019, and a range of roles at PneuDraulics, Inc. over an eight-year period, including Materials Manager, Quality Manager, Quality Engineering Supervisor, Lead Quality Engineer, and Quality Engineer. Shawn holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering and a Minor in Materials Science from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona, completed in 2010.
