Michael Grogan has a diverse work experience in various companies and roles. Michael currently works as a Principal Learning Partner at Harvard Business Publishing Corporate Learning since March 2022. Prior to this, they served as a Senior Director at Air University from October 2017 to October 2019, where they held the role of Senior Director, Center for Leadership Development. Before that, they were the Director of Professional Development School - Senior Executives at Air University from September 2015 to September 2017.
Michael also has experience working in the USAF, where they held the position of Senior Director, Mission Support Group from August 2014 to September 2017. Michael was also a student at the Dwight D. Eisenhower School for National Security and Resource Strategy from August 2013 to June 2014.
Prior to their work in the USAF, Michael worked at Pentagon (Air Staff) as a Deputy Division Chief from July 2010 to July 2013. Michael also served as a Squadron Commander in the United States Air Force from July 2008 to July 2010.
Michael Grogan obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in 1991 from The University of Akron. Michael pursued further education at the USAF Air Command and Staff College, receiving a Master of Arts degree in 2005. In 2014, they completed their education by earning a Master's degree in National Security and Resource Strategy from the Dwight D. Eisenhower School.
