Patrick Holden

Patrick Holden is an experienced IT professional currently serving as a Systems Administrator at Baim Institute for Clinical Research since April 2018, after holding the position of Desktop Administrator II. Previously, Patrick worked as an IT Help Desk Specialist at YMCA of the North Shore from August 2016 to April 2018, where responsibilities included supporting 200 users across multiple locations, maintaining Google G Suite, and managing Windows Server 2012 Active Directory. Earlier experience includes a role as Level II Student Technician at Framingham State University from August 2014 to May 2016 and a position in Guest Services at Stone Zoo. Patrick holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business and Information Technology from Framingham State University and has completed coursework in Computer Science at Hudson Valley Community College.
