Natania Elias

Natania Elias has worked as an Incoming Consulting and Analytics Intern at Visa starting in December 2023. Prior to that, they held multiple roles at Harvard Undergraduate Capital Partners, including Managing Director of Sourcing, Sourcing Associate, and Sourcing Analyst. Natania also worked as a Student Researcher at Harvard Business School from September 2023 to February 2024. Additionally, they participated in the Emerging Leaders Program at Goldman Sachs in January 2024. Natania was a Congressional Democratic Women's Caucus Intern at the U.S. House of Representatives from June to August 2023. Natania also worked as a Ron Brown Venture Capital Extern at General Catalyst from June to July 2022. Furthermore, they served as a Fairfax County Youth Leadership Intern at Fairfax County Government from January 2021 to January 2022, and as a Public Policy Intern at The Greater Good Initiative from July to August 2021.

Natania Elias obtained a High School Diploma in General Studies from Lake Braddock Secondary in 2022. Natania then went on to study Economics and Government at Harvard University, where they completed their Bachelor of Arts degree from 2022 to 2026.
