Charlotte Rediker

Charlotte Rediker has a diverse work experience, starting with their role as a Chief Technology Officer for the International Economic Policy Working Group at Biden for President in 2019. In this role, they managed technology and cyber safety issues and supported the group through data entry. Charlotte then worked as a Research Assistant at the Institute of Politics at Harvard Kennedy School, providing research support for a data-driven project on effective leadership in managing Coronavirus. Charlotte also worked as a Research Assistant at the Center for Strategic and International Studies, providing research support for a book on China's Digital Silk Road.

Additionally, Charlotte has experience as an Editor at The Phillipian, managing the Opinion Section and spearheading collaboration between commentary and multimedia for video content. Charlotte has also held internships at NWI Management LP, where they analyzed trends in Chinese consumer behavior, and Moore Capital Management.

Charlotte's most recent work experience includes roles at Harvard College Consulting Group, where they worked as an Analyst, Associate, Case Team Leader, and currently as an Associate Director of Case Development. Charlotte has also been involved with The Harvard Crimson as an Editorial Board Editor and Magazine Board Editor. Lastly, Charlotte is part of the Behavioral Insights Student Group Leadership Team at the Shorenstein Center on Media, Politics and Public Policy, organizing events and editing newsletters.

Charlotte Rediker attended Harvard University from 2022 to 2026, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Social Studies with a secondary focus in Economics. Charlotte also received a citation in Mandarin. In 2023, they briefly studied at Tsinghua University. Prior to their time at Harvard, Charlotte attended Phillips Academy from 2020 to 2022, and before that, they studied at National Cathedral School from 2018 to 2020. In addition to their formal education, Charlotte obtained certifications in Politics Law and Economics from Yale Young Global Scholars in 2021, and they received a certificate of excellence for the Middlebury Chinese Summer Immersion Program in Beijing from Middlebury Language Schools in 2019.
