Shivakumar Sudha

Shivakumar Sudha is a seasoned HR leader with significant experience in driving organizational success through strategic HR management across various industries. Currently serving as the Chief HR Manager EMEA at Harver since October 2020, Shivakumar has a strong focus on talent acquisition, employee development, and fostering a positive organizational culture. Previously, in the role of HR Manager at Hays from January 2015 to August 2020, Shivakumar demonstrated expertise in talent management and creating positive work environments.
