Sona Shah is a seasoned professional in revenue operations with extensive experience in managing critical sales processes and systems. Currently serving as Sr. Director of Revenue Operations at HashiCorp since April 2021, Sona previously held multiple leadership roles at Palo Alto Networks from October 2009 to May 2021, including Sr. Director of WW Sales Operations and Sr. Manager of Sales Operations.
