Jon Clapper

Jon Clapper has a diverse work history spanning various industries and roles. Jon most recently worked at Hastings Air Energy Control, Inc. as the Vice President of Operations and previously held the position of Director of Operations. Their responsibilities included developing business processes, managing large project installations, and representing and distributing ventilation systems. Prior to that, they held positions at Caterpillar Inc. as a Plant Engineering Superintendent, Bucyrus International as a Manager of Material Handling, and Katt Construction Corporation as the President. Jon also worked at Waste Management Recycle America as a Plant Manager, Bucyrus International as a General Supervisor of Facility Management, and Jacobsen Textron as the Vice President of Operations.

Jon Clapper attended Marquette University from 2003 to 2004, where they pursued an EMBA degree with a focus on Business, specifically International Business. Prior to that, they studied at the Milwaukee School of Engineering from 1980 to 1985, earning a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Management. Before their Bachelor's degree, Jon also attended the Milwaukee School of Engineering from 1977 to 1980, receiving an AAS degree in Industrial Engineering Technology.
