Michael O'Neill

Michael O'Neill began their work experience in 2013 as a Server Trainer at Cracker Barrel. In 2016, they worked as a Service Technician at UDR - Opening Doors to your Future for a few months. Later in 2016, they interned at WeCounsel, a subsidiary of VisuWell, where they gained experience in telehealth and behavioral health. From 2017 to 2019, they worked at Hatch, initially as an Account Representative and later as an Enterprise Account Executive. Hatch is a patient routing and coordination platform focused on improving the healthcare experience for patients and reducing administrative burden for providers.

Michael O'Neill completed their education at The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga from 2015 to 2019. Michael obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Finance. In addition to their degree, they also hold certifications as a Certified Nursing Assistant from the State of Tennessee Division of Healthcare Facilities, and certifications in AED (Automated External Defibrillator) and CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation) from the American Heart Association | American Stroke Association.
