Kaitlyn Doyle

Kaitlyn Doyle has a strong background in product development and management, with experience in various fashion companies. Their most recent position was as a Senior Product Development Manager at HATCH Collective, where they oversaw the development of products for multiple brands. Kaitlyn worked closely with vendors on material sourcing and approvals to ensure timely production deliveries. Prior to that, Kaitlyn worked as a Product Development Manager at G-III Apparel Group, managing design development processes and coordinating meetings between design, sales, and production teams. Kaitlyn also has experience in trim development, having worked as a Trim Development Manager at Marc Jacobs and as an Associate Product Designer/Trim Manager at Ralph Lauren. In these roles, they researched and developed trims based on current trends, created design specs, and collaborated with various departments to ensure cohesive trim implementation. Following this, they pursued further education at the same institution from 2011 to 2013 and earned a Bachelor of Applied Science degree (B.A.Sc.) in Fashion Merchandising. Additionally, in 2012, Kaitlyn briefly attended Polimoda to further enhance their knowledge in Fashion Merchandising, although they did not obtain a degree from this institution.
