Dennis Chen

Dennis Chen has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Dennis started their career at Primerica as a Software Engineer, designing and developing web applications for insurance application processing. Dennis then moved on to Equifax, where they worked as an IT Architect, improving front-end applications and consolidating data resources with efficient architecture design. At Access General, they served as a Senior .Net Engineer, designing and developing system applications for automatic solutions. Dennis later joined Synq Solutions as a .Net Application Architect, designing an entire enterprise system and mentoring developers in best practices. Dennis also worked at MRY (Former LBi) as a Senior .Net/SharePoint Engineer, designing a new n-tier application system for the Coca-Cola Sochi Olympics website. Dennis then transitioned to Moxie as a Technology Architect, mentoring junior team members and implementing test automation. At Arke Systems, they worked as a Web Application Development Consultant, building and updating the Aflac Policy Holder web application. Dennis then joined North Highland as a Solutions Architect, leading the design and development of web applications for clients such as AT&T, Coca-Cola, and Bank of America. Following this, they worked at Perficient as a Solutions Architect, acting as a subject matter expert in B2B/B2C eCommerce websites and collaborating with development teams to translate business requirements. Currently, they are working at HatchWorks as a Senior Solutions Architect, supporting and executing the client engagement process and driving the definition of application architecture and technology opportunities. Throughout their career, Dennis has demonstrated expertise in various technologies and industries, leveraging their knowledge and experience to address client's business issues.

Dennis Chen has pursued a Master of Science degree in Aerospace Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology. Additionally, they have also pursued a Master of Science degree in Computer Science from Kennesaw State University - Southern Polytechnic College of Engineering and Engineering Technology.

In terms of additional certifications, Dennis Chen has obtained the AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate certification from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in March 2021. Dennis has also obtained the Scrum Master certification from the Scrum Alliance in April 2017.
