Ken Rhoads

With over 20 years in the industry, Ken Rhoads has a comprehensive understanding of commercial insurance including claims administration, broking, insurance placement, account servicing, and risk due diligence. As Managing Director of M&A Transaction Services, Ken’s responsibilities include assessing risks, defining their impact, and developing the optimal risk transfer, financing, and mitigation strategies relative to merger & acquisition transactions.

Prior to joining Hauser in 2016, Ken spent nearly 10 years at Aon where he was a Director of M&A Solutions. In this role, he was a primary resource for Aon sales originators, developed new private equity relationships, managed the workflow of diligence advisors throughout Aon’s North American M&A Group, and personally led diligence on over 300 projects with enterprise values ranging from $25 million to $4 billion. Business sectors include, but are not limited to, manufacturing, healthcare, energy/natural resources, financing, and food services.
