Clare is a Place-Making and Regeneration specialist who has worked at the forefront of several large-scale development and regeneration projects across the south of England.

Clare leads on Regeneration, Economic Development and Place-Making initiatives across both East Hants and Havant councils. Working at the interface between the public and private sector, Clare combines her strong commercial acumen with public sector values.

As a Chartered surveyor for over 15 years, Clare’s solid foundation of technical and professional skills has enabled her to successfully deliver exciting, complex and fast-moving projects.
