Daniel Toohey

Daniel is a highly experienced corporate governance and commercial solicitor having worked in government, or in city/private sector firms representing government clients, for some thirty years.

He has lead legal services teams and advised on governance issues as a monitoring officer or deputy at a mix of district councils, unitaries, and London boroughs. He has also concluded a range of high value commercial projects including strategic service partnerships, PPP and PFI deals.
