Jason Whalen has extensive experience in customer experience, retention, and acquisition roles. Jason is currently the Vice President of Customer Experience at Havas Health Plus since June 2022. Earlier in their career, Jason held roles such as Senior Account Supervisor at Epsilon, where they managed multi-channel campaigns for various clients, and Associate Director at PM Digital, where they directed email campaigns for Vonage.
Jason also worked as an Account Manager at Paradysz, where they developed direct mail acquisition campaigns, and as an Account Executive at Conrad Direct.
Jason Whalen completed their education in a chronological manner. Jason first pursued a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from Stockton University. This academic endeavor took place from 1996 to 2000. After a gap of several years, Jason then enrolled at Rutgers Business School from 2017 to 2020 and earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree.
