Previously, Sitaram held roles such as Technical Lead at Landis+Gyr, Sr. Executive at Raychem RPG Ltd., and Design Engineer at Genus Power Infrastructures Ltd. and Autolite (India) Limited. Sitaram holds a M.Tech in Design Engineering from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, a PGD in Engineering & Product Design Development from Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur, and a B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering from Rajasthan Technical University, Kota.
