Kristi Kelly

Kristi Kelly, Ed.D. has a diverse and extensive work experience. Kristi is currently working as a Senior Director, Enterprise DEI at HAVI since October 2022. Prior to this, they held various positions at Lewis University, including Vice President for Diversity and Associate Provost for Student Engagement, Equity and Inclusion from January 2021 to October 2022, Chief Diversity Officer from July 2018 to January 2021, and Director of Multicultural Student Services from November 2015 to January 2021. Before that, they worked at San Diego State University as an Associate Director, Employer Services and Campus Planning from July 2015 to November 2015, and as a Career Opportunities Manager from October 2014 to June 2015. Kristi also served as the Director of Career & Placement Services at Lewis University from June 2012 to August 2014, and as the Director of Career Services at the University of St. Francis from December 2008 to May 2012.

Kristi Kelly, Ed.D. obtained their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Sociology & Criminal Justice from Johnson C. Smith University - JCSU, where they studied from 1995 to 1999. Kristi then pursued a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Organizational Leadership from Lewis University, which they completed between 2006 and 2008. Later, from 2009 to 2014, Kristi Kelly obtained a Doctor of Education (Ed.D.) degree in Educational Leadership, also from Lewis University.
