Cathy Ou

Cathy Ou has over 30 years of experience in finance and accounting. Cathy began their career as a Cost Analyst at the University of Pittsburgh, where they developed policies and procedures for cost centers. Cathy then worked as a Staff Accountant at By Products, Inc., where they conducted inventory transfers and implemented procedures for proper billing and inventory control. Cathy then joined Thomas Medical Products, a GE Healthcare Company, where they held various roles including Staff/Cost Accountant and Financial Analyst II/Senior Accountant. In these roles, they performed financial reporting, maintained general ledger accounts, and managed inter-company transactions. Cathy also assisted with financial and SOX audits. After leaving Thomas Medical Products, Cathy worked as an Accounting Manager at Merit Medical Systems, overseeing all finance and accounting activities and managing a team. Cathy also worked as a Cost Accounting Manager at OMEGA Engineering and currently holds the position of Corporate Controller at Havpak, Inc.

Cathy Ou received a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from National Chengchi University. Cathy then pursued a Master of Science degree in Accounting from California State University, Northridge. Additionally, in 2012, they completed the GE Leadership Training program at the John F Welch Leadership Development Center.
