Jean-Louis Keraudren

Jean-Louis Keraudren has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and companies. Jean-Louis is currently serving as the Head of Marketing & Sales at Hawa Sliding Solutions AG, where their responsibilities include optimizing synergies between global marketing and sales functions.

Prior to their current position, Jean-Louis worked at Hilti Group in various leadership roles. As the Corporate Head of Customer Experience, their main objective was to drive customer centricity and improve the omni-channel experience. Jean-Louis also served as the Corporate Head of Digital Integration & E-Business, where they played a key role in driving digital transformation and aligning teams to achieve strategic aspirations.

Before joining Hilti Group, Jean-Louis held roles at Hilti France and Hilti AG, where they were responsible for channel management, marketing, and operations, as well as product management and international marketing.

Jean-Louis began their career at Polynorm-GRAU Werkzeugsysteme GmbH and GRAU Wekzeugbau GmbH, where they worked in project engineering and R&D capacities, managing projects and collaborating with sub-suppliers and customers.
