Emily Marr

Emily Marr is a legal professional with extensive experience in labor and employment law. Currently serving as Senior Associate General Counsel at Hawaiian Electric since August 2021, Emily previously held the position of Associate General Counsel in the same branch. Prior experience includes serving as Assistant General Counsel at the Hawaii Employers Council from January 2020 to July 2021. Emily holds a Doctor of Law (JD) degree from the University of Michigan Law School (2008-2011), an M. Phil. in International Relations and Affairs from the University of Cambridge (2006-2007), and a Bachelor of Arts from Whitman College (2000-2004). Emily completed secondary education at Punahou School, graduating in 2000.
