Raymond Arroyo

Raymond Arroyo currently serves as a Sous Chef at Hawkers Asian Street Food since May 2021, bringing extensive culinary expertise from prior roles, including Sous Chef at bartaco from October 2016 to April 2021 and Chef Partner at Buca di Beppo from December 2008 to December 2016. Raymond Arroyo holds an Associate of Arts and Sciences (A.A.S.) degree in Legal Professions and Studies from Santiago Veve Calzada, Puerto Rico, earned between 1985 and 1988.
