Nicola Gallimore

Nicola Gallimore has extensive experience in the hospitality industry, with a focus on housekeeping management. Nicola started their career at Sandals Dunns River in 2000 as a Housekeeping Supervisor, where they were responsible for assigning duties to workers, inspecting work quality, and addressing complaints. Nicola then worked at the Ritz Carlton as a Housekeeping Supervisor, overseeing cleanliness standards and work assignments. Nicola later joined Hawks Cay Resort in 2006 as a Housekeeping Coordinator/supervisor, ensuring operational and safety procedures were followed and training employees in laundry and housekeeping. Nicola then advanced to Assistant Housekeeping Manager and Assistant Director of Housekeeping at Ocean Reef Club, where they managed work activities of cleaning personnel, assigned duties, inspected work quality, and investigated complaints. Nicola is currently working at Hawks Cay Resort as the Director of Operations.

Nicola Gallimore has a diverse education history in the field of hospitality administration and management. Nicola first attended York Castle High School from 1993 to 1997, focusing on hospitality administration and management. Nicila then pursued certifications and degrees in the same field, starting with a certification from the American Hospitality Training Institute in 2009. Nicola later obtained an Associate's degree in Hotel, Motel, and Restaurant Management from Ashworth College, where they studied from 2015 to 2017. Additionally, they earned a Certification in Hospitality Administration/Management from the Florida Atlantic University in 2020. Nicola went on to complete a Bachelor's degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management at Southern New Hampshire University from 2017 to 2021. With their extensive educational background, Nicola Gallimore has built a strong foundation in the hospitality industry.
