William Hammet is an accomplished culinary professional with extensive experience in high-end dining. As Sous Chef at Hawks Cay Resort since January 2017, William has demonstrated expertise in menu creation and kitchen management. Previously, William served as Chef de Partie at Triple Creek Ranch, Relais and Chateaux, where collaboration with fellow culinary experts led to the development of gourmet menus and fine wine pairings. Notably, William was part of a culinary team that showcased innovative cuisine at the James Beard House in New York City.
