Jerome Ajot

Jerome Ajot, an experienced technology leader, currently serves as Chief Technology Officer at SONIFI Solutions, Inc. since June 2024, while also acting as an advisor for Haystack Solutions and RunSafe Security Inc. since 2021 and 2018, respectively. Previously, Jerome held several senior roles, including Senior Director of Delivery Management at EPAM Systems, Head of Software Engineering at Cloudreach, and Vice President of Engineering at Cloudistics, where significant advancements in product development and engineering processes were achieved. Jerome's early career included pivotal positions at Red Hat and Systems Plus, Inc. focusing on mission-critical communication systems and software development for the National Institute of Standards and Technology, supporting industries from transportation to cybersecurity. Jerome holds a Master's Degree and Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from Université de Bourgogne.
