Ray Lewis

Ray Lewis serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Hayward Holdings, Inc. and has an extensive background in human resources leadership across various organizations. At Trane Technologies, Ray held the position of VP of Human Resources for the Residential HVAC & Supply Business Unit, where Ray successfully transformed the strategic business unit into a market leader. Previously, as EVP and Chief HR Officer at Catalina Marketing, Ray coached the executive leadership team in a private equity-owned, rapidly growing environment. Additionally, Ray served as SVP of HR and Corporate Affairs at Allegion, partnering with the executive leadership team to define corporate strategy and onboard a new board of directors. At Ingersoll Rand, Ray held multiple roles including VP of HR and Communications for the Industrial Technologies Sector, where coaching the sector president on leadership was a key responsibility, as well as leading global operations and product management initiatives.
