Şule Erözer

Şule Erözer has extensive work experience in various roles, starting with an internship at Öncu Menkul Değerler A.Ş. in 2006. Şule then interned at Petrol Ofisi in 2007. In 2011, they worked as an Assistant Consultant at HR House Consultancy, followed by a role as an HR Assistant Specialist at Yurtici Kargo Servisi. In 2014, Şule joined EXPERTEAM as a Functional Consultant, providing IT application support and maintaining business process documentation. Şule later became an Account Manager at EXPERTEAM, where they built and maintained relationships with named accounts and managed the sales process. Currently, Şule is working at Hazelcast, starting as a Customer Support & Services Administrator in 2017 and progressing to become a Project Manager, Customer Success. Şule is now serving as the Client Care Director at Hazelcast.

Şule Erözer began their education at Kocaeli Anadolu Lisesi from 2000 to 2004. Şule then attended Marmara University from 2004 to 2008, where they focused on Labour Economics and Industrial Relations. In 2010, Şule studied Management of Human Resources at Portland State University. Şule later pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) at Istanbul University from 2012 to 2014. Additionally, they obtained the Professional Scrum Master I (PSM I) certification from Scrum.org in June 2021 and acquired the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute in October 2020.
